___In good standing with your national kennel club and Poodle Club of America. ("In
good standing" means you have never received disciplinary action from these organizations whether or not you are a member of them.)
___Have put a Performance or Service Title on a dog. (This can be any title conferred upon a dog which recognizes performance as opposed to appearance. Examples include obedience, tracking, working, agility, field, therapy, service, canine good citizen. etc.)
___Ascribe to the purposes, principles and Code of Ethics of V.I. P.
( )Associate Member: Must answer YES to ALL of the Following:
___10 years or older and have NOT put a Performance or Service Title on a dog (or 10-18 years old and HAVE put a Performance or Service title on a dog.)
___In good standing with your national kennel club and Poodle Club of America. ("In
good standing" means you have never received disciplinary action from these organizations whether or not you are a member of them.)
___Ascribe to the purposes, principles and Code of Ethics of V.I. P.
